Worked closely with not only the NSW Branch staff but also the binational executive, committees and staff, and the AMA, ASMOF and presidents of the NSW Medical and Surgical Colleges
Chaired multiple meetings including the monthly NSW Branch Committee, the Governance, Leadership and Workforce Subcommittee that he established, the binational Branch Chairs Forum that he established, the NSW Branch Annual General Meeting and multiple meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including NSW Minister of Health, Chief Psychiatrist, Manager of Mental Health Branch and other Policy officers and manager bureaucrats, to address urgent and salient issues related to mental health care
Enhanced engagement with members, creating a sense of community where members ‘feel engaged’, promoting a culture where staff and members feel that the College prioritises the notion of it being first and foremost a membership organisation
